Kittle spoke about Tight End University which kicked off its four year on Monday.

During a sequence of the podcast, Compton asked Kittle if the event had “new wrinkles” this year.

The 49ers star shared that he, Travis Kelce, the retired NFL legendary tight end Olsen, and other players will play a team of girl flag football players on the first day of the gathering.

“We’re going to play flag football with a bunch of 10 to 14-year-olds,” Kittle said.

“I think that’ll be pretty fun.”

The 30-year-old then shared that there will be a concert featuring performances by numerous country singers including Jon Pardi and Jellyroll.

The concert will take place at Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl as Kittle revealed that up to 750 people will be in attendance.

“Everyone is performing for free and all the money gets to go back to charities,” Kittle said.

Kelce, Kittle, and Olsen created Tight End University in 2021 to bring the Tight End community together,” per the program’s website.

The three-day schedule allows participants the “bond, collaborate with and learn amongst their peers,” under the tutelage of the NFL stars.

The event features plenty of activities including “film study, on-field drills, recovery, rehabilitation, and features appearances from numerous NFL stars.

Dallas Cowboys’ Dak Prescott was spotted at Tight Ends University on Monday.

“It’s such a cool opportunity and a unique opportunity because it feels like you’re at an all-star game, it feels like you’re at a Pro Bowl because it’s very seldom you get to get this many guys in your profession in one room from different teams,” Kelce said on his New Heights podcast in 2023.

“And it’s just so cool to hear everybody’s stories about what they’ve been through kind of how their coaches teach them certain routes or certain blocking schemes.

“You get to just bounce ideas off of each other, and I think it’s helped my game out a lot just hearing from guys.”

After TEU, Kelce will prepare for when the Chiefs begin their mandatory training camp on July 23.
