The tight end’s game day ensemble on Black Friday was ripe with holiday card vibes
Travis Kelce is game-day, and holiday, ready.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35, arrived to Arrowhead Stadium on Nov. 29 for his team to face off with the Las Vegas Raiders wearing velvet from the neck down.
His Black Friday fit was giving peak holiday season vibes. The velvet look consisted of an embellished emerald zip-up jacket and black cargo pants. Shades and boots added some edge.
Kelce topped the look with a cap from Midnight Rodeo. It’s the same style he wore when he and Taylor Swift attended the first game of the American League Championship Series in which the Cleveland Guardians took on the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium.
The football star and New Heights podcast cohost’s girlfriend also sported a festive look as she arrived to support him.
The “Cruel Summer” singer looked cozy in a red Louis Vuitton pull-over sweater with monogram and shearling details and shiny black jeans. She teamed the look with a massive “87” necklace, as well as her signature red lip.
Swift was joined by Travis’s mother Donna Kelce, who wore black, red and white all over, and her father Scott Swift, who marked the occasion, and showed support for Kelce in a Kansas City Chiefs jacket.
On Nov. 24, Kelce celebrated the teams 10th win of the season (they stand at 10 wins and 1 loss heading into their Black Friday game) by posting pics of his pre-game fit as well as the scenes from team’s matchup that day.
“Double digit dubs!!” he captioned the gallery, in which he paired a flannel zip-up with a Louis Vuitton duffle bag.
The plaid moment caught fans eyes as Swift has had an affinity for the print of late.
“PLAID?! are you kidding me Travis,” one user wrote on the NFL star’s Instagram post. “Travis… in plaid… I AM READY FOR IT,” another commented, while also quoting Swift’s song from Reputation. “Plaid …. We see you Tay,” joked another.
