The retired NFL star got candid about the embarrassing moment while discussing how Detroit Lions star James Houston went viral for having a stain — which many believed to be poop — on his pants during the Nov. 10 game against the Houston Texans.
“This is why I hate white pants,” Jason said, adding “luckily” he’s never had a poop stain on national television.
However, the retired center, 37, said he understands it can happen when you’re “exerting a lot of effort on the field.”
“He has nothing to be ashamed of,” the father of three said of Houston. “I have done this. I did this before a game once.
He then asked Travis, “You know, like, when you shart and there’s a possibility something came out but you’re not certain?”
Jason recalled a specific moment when he had to ask an unnamed teammate to check his backside.
“I was like, ‘Hey, can you check me because I think I might have just s–t myself.’ And he checks, and he says, ‘You’re good,’” he recalled.
“I go out for warm-ups, do the whole warm-ups, and Lane [Johnson] comes up to me after and he’s like, ‘Hey, you’ve got s–t all up on your pants right now.’”
Jason said he immediately went to shower.
“It was disgusting,” the retired NFL star said, insisting he knows it has happened to “many players.”
After going viral, Houston took to X and claimed the stain on his pants was from Gatorade.
Jason, however, didn’t buy the linebacker’s story, telling Travis, “You and I both know he ain’t sitting on no Gatorade. … We all know what that is.”
While Jason didn’t share when his poop mishap occurred, he spent 13 seasons with the Eagles before announcing his retirement in March.
The Super Bowl champ has since joined ESPN. He made his “Monday Night Countdown” debut in September.
At the time, Jason was roasted for arriving for his first day on-air in a too-small shirt after forgetting his travel bag.
